Drywired is currently showcasing its line of protective nanocoatings at the IPC APEX EXPO 2015 in San Diego, CA from February 24 to 26 at the San Diego Convention Center [booth #100].
The EXPO is a 5-day event like no other in the printed circuit board and electronics manufacturing industry. Nearly 450 exhibitors are showing equipment, materials and services for printed board design and manufacturing, electronics assembly and testing.
Drywired is presenting both 101X and the Nebula II on the show floor. Drywired’s 101X conformal nanocoating is a patented hydrophobic PFOS and PFOA-free liquid fluoropolymer solution ideal for invisibly protecting electronic components at the manufacturing level. The Drywired Nebula II is a compact nanocoating system designed to be implemented in a retail environment. This software-controlled fully automated vapor deposition machine is based on the Edison Award Winning technology behind the original Nebula system. With Drywired’s StarDust technology, an invisible hydrophobic coating is deposited onto electronic components protecting consumer electronic devices from accidental water exposure. No operator intervention is required when operating the Nebula II.
