Drywired took part in last week’s COMPUTEX TAIPEI trade show in Taiwan! COMPUTEX TAIPEI is the largest ICT trade show in Asia and the second largest in the world. Drywired presented amongst 1,700 other exhibitors to over 130,000 visitors.
Both PowerSkin and SpareOne Plus Emergency Phone featured Drywired’s 101X nanocoating as a game-changing enhancement to their products.
Announced for the first time ever at COMPUTEX TAIPEI, is PowerSkin’s Wet Rated Power Series protected by Drywired. Their portable power solutions will soon feature Drywired’s waterproof nanocoating technology. PowerSkin Wet Rated products will not only be protected from water spray, but also outdoor elements that the average person typically encounters – humidity, sweat, salt spray, dust, and even full underwater submersion.
By applying Drywired’s 101X Liquid Nanocoating, SpareOne Plus Emergency Phone became the world’s first wireless device certified as IPX7 waterproof without the use of mechanical seals. XPAL Power has partnered with Drywired to provide their multi-award winning SpareOne Plus Emergency Phone with Drywired’s revolutionary technology. As part of the union, Drywired has begun nanocoating the latest SpareOne Plus Emergency Phone with the proprietary 101X fluoropolymer coating in order to make the AA battery-operated wireless device IPX7 waterproof and corrosion resistant.
“We ventured this partnership with Drywired after our existing product sparked great interest for the phone itself to be waterproof,” said Alan Cymberknoh, SpareOne Product Director.
The Drywired team is excited to partner with XPAL Power to boldly introduce the use of 101X protective nanotechnology to new areas of the electronics universe!
